Drivers and trainers describe the excitement they felt competing in the Hambletonian for the first time in Meadowlands Racetrack's latest video feature.

Eliminations for the 2010 Hambletonian are Saturday, July 31. Post time is 7 p.m. The $1.5 million Hambletonian is Saturday, August 7.

Smedshammer, Noren In The Sulky This Week

Trainer Trond Smedshammer is the featured guest on Meadowlands Racetrack's Thursday night pre-card broadcast, while Bernie Noren will sit In The Sulky on Friday.

The trainers will discuss their Hambletonian and Oaks elimination contenders and analyze the competition for trotting's biggest events. Fans can e-mail questions for Smedshammer and Noren to answer on-air to racing@thebigm.com.
