Nominations for Kawartha Downs' first added money event for 2012 are coming due.

Nominations for the Born To Trot Trotting Series are due Saturday, February 25, 2012. The series is for non-winners of one race lifetime as of Friday, February 24, 2012. The nomination fee is $100.

The first leg of the series will be contested on Saturday, March 10, followed by the second leg on Saturday, March 17, and the $20,000 (added) final on Saturday, March 24. The purse for each preliminary division will be $7,500.

Nomination fees must accompany all nomination forms.
