Arrangements for the late harness racing publicist Joe Hartmann have been released.

Hartmann passed away the morning of Sunday, March 13 at his home in Deerfield Beach, Florida.

It has been announced that a memorial service will be taking place Thursday, March 18 at 9:30 a.m. at the St. Ambrose Catholic Church at 380 South Federal Highway, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441, 954-427-2225.

In lieu of flowers, family has suggested a contribution to the Harness Racing Museum and Living Hall of Fame in Goshen New York.
