Trot Insider has learned that lifelong horseman Ron McBride of Goderich, Ont. passed away on Wednesday, August 25 after a lengthy and very courageous battle with brain cancer. He was 58.

Friends and family will be welcomed for a visitation on Sunday, August 29 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., and funeral on Monday, August 30 at 11:00 a.m., at Falconer Funeral Home in Goderich, Ont.

Donations would be gratefully accepted and can be made at the Falconer Funeral Home (519-524-1221) to the Brain Tumor Foundation.
