A group of 439 yearlings representing the top sires in Indiana and other racing jurisdictions has been catalogued for this year’s Hoosier Classic Yearling Sale, slated for October 29 and 30.

Requests for catalogues, available in late September, can be submitted through the sale website, hoosierclassicyearlingsale.com. The site also offers a complete sale roster, viewable by sire and consignor, with pedigrees to be added later this month. Video links are also available.

Hoosier Classic’s first session will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, October 29 in the Indiana State Fairgrounds’ West Pavilion. Saturday’s session will kick off at 9:30 a.m.

Buyers will have a chance to inspect yearlings and enjoy drinks and hors d’oeuvres during the 'Classic Preview' Thursday evening, October 28. The event is sponsored by the Indiana Standardbred Association.
